Chamber Membership

What is the Fox Cities Chamber?

Founded in 1874, the Fox Cities Chamber is a nonprofit membership organization that unites the regional business community for greater economic impact. As the second largest Chamber in the state, our organization proudly captures the energy of one of Wisconsin’s most dynamic regions and transforms it into innovative programs and services to champion employers, economic development, and quality of life.

Why should I join the Fox Cities Chamber?

Studies show that consumers are 74 percent more likely to be aware of a business — and 80 percent more likely to spend money there — if that business is a Chamber member. Connect your business, grow your business, and lead the business community as an official member.

How do I join?

What geographic area do you serve?

The Fox Cities Chamber serves Outagamie, Calumet, and northern Winnebago Counties.

What is the cost of membership? Are dues tax deductible?

Annual memberships vary based on your specific needs and goals, starting at $0 for small businesses who qualify. Custom levels are also available. View our primary membership levels here.

Membership dues in the Chamber may be tax deductible as an ordinary and necessary expense. Dues paid to the Chamber are not a charitable tax deduction for federal income tax purposes. The Chamber is not a charity, but serves as an non-profit advocate organization for area businesses. With the passage of The Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, tax deductions for certain lobbying expenses incurred on your behalf by the Chamber are now prohibited. Effective January 1994, your Chamber investment is 95% deductible as a business expense.

What are the benefits of membership?

Chamber members enjoy a wide range of benefits including the opportunity to connect with businesses and local talent for strategic networking; opportunities for corporate sponsorship of Chamber programs and events to increase your brand awareness; engaging and comprehensive learning and development programs; member exclusive discounts, and much more.

Using your Membership

Now that I’ve joined, how do I update my company’s information?

When you signed up to be a member, you created a user name and password that should be used to log into the member portal. The portal login page can be accessed on the top right of our Chamber web page or find it here. We encourage you to use the portal to update your company information, add your logo and photos, post job openings, and more! Refer to our member toolkit for assistance.

How can I network through the Fox Cities Chamber?

The opportunity to network is one of our biggest member perks! We offer both in-person and virtual networking opportunities including:

  • Morning Mingle
  • Business After Hours
  • Grow Seminars
  • Signature Events (Celebrate Fox Cities, The Connection, Summer & Fall Golf Outings, etc.)
  • Network Builder

What kind of events does the Chamber offer, and how do I register?

Discover a wealth of opportunities to expand your knowledge and engage with our community. How can I promote my business through the Chamber?

There are many ways the Chamber can help you promote your business!

  • Send us your news releases and we will post them on the Chamber website. Select releases will also be highlighted in our weekly newsletter, Fox Cities Week. Email your releases to [email protected].
  • Get found in our online member directory by creating a profile with up-to-date information and photos so that other Chamber members can get in touch with you, and members of the community can connect with your business. The directory is often found in Google searches, so the more robust, the better! Log in to your member portal to make updates.
  • Put your events on the Chamber calendar – using your Chamber account, you can upload events directly to the Chamber website.
  • Display your marketing materials – drop off your company brochures, and we will display them in the Chamber lobby!
  • Advertise in Fox Cities Week newsletter. Our weekly digital newsletter reaches nearly 9,000 members of the Fox Cities business community. It’s a great opportunity to target a B2B audience. Email [email protected] for more information.
  • Spotlight your company – Members at our Grow and Lead level receive a free member spotlight. Email [email protected] for more information, and to reserve your spotlight.
  • Sponsor an event! There are event sponsorships available for any budget. Partner with us on an event that celebrates our shared values. We can help you find a sponsorship opportunity that positions your brand as a community advocate.
  • Hold a milestone celebration to celebrate a grand opening, ribbon cutting, anniversary, or other milestone celebration. Members at the Connect level and above have the opportunity to host one free celebration each year.
How does the Chamber help small businesses?

We understand the unique challenges that small businesses face, especially in today’s environment. That’s why we offer numerous resources to help your small business grow and succeed. Are you affiliated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce?

Yes! As a member of the Fox Cities Chamber, you have access to several small business benefits offered through the US Chamber of Commerce, including:

Can my employees utilize the Chamber benefits also?

Yes! Your employees can leverage all benefits listed on our benefits page and attend all Chamber events. If your employees need assistance registering for an event, email [email protected] or call us at 920-734-7101 for log-on and registration assistance.

How can I stay up to date on Chamber news?

The best way to stay informed is by reading our weekly e-newsletter, Fox Cities Week, that comes out Thursday afternoons. We also send out other emails on a regular basis. To make sure our messages always reach your inbox, we encourage you to do the following, which send a positive signal to email filters:
