Amazon launched the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) opportunity to share our experience in operations and logistics with leaders who wanted to own and operate a successful package-delivery business. Since then, the program has grown to thousands of DSP owners across the U.S. who deliver excellence to their communities.

Amazon is looking for leaders in the Appleton area to launch and operate their own package-delivery businesses. As an Amazon DSP, leaders and their team of drivers have the unique opportunity to build their communities and put smiles on customers’ faces each and every day.
You don’t need logistics expertise to succeed as a Delivery Service Partner. Our partners come from diverse backgrounds and have a unique set of prior work experiences. We’re looking for hands-on leaders passionate about hiring and coaching, building a strong company culture, and giving back to the community.
Amazon aims to help DSPs make an impact in their community beyond the warehouse, by sponsoring local youth teams and community groups.
