The Fox Cities’ premier leadership program since 1991.

Since 1991, Leadership Fox Cities has been developing, motivating, and empowering our community’s leaders. Strong leaders have a direct impact on quality of life in a region, and at the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce we’ve been growing leadership potential for more than three decades. 

Leadership Fox Cities is a 9-month, community-based, hands-on learning experience for budding and aspiring Fox Cities leaders. Individuals who apply and are accepted to the program will learn about social issues, leadership strategies, and volunteerism, as well as participate in a hands-on group project. The experience culminates with a formal graduation event and induction into the Leadership Fox Cities Alumni Association.

Sessions run from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • September 16: Orientation Retreat, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, sponsored by Community First Credit Union

  • December 8: Human Services Day sponsored by Hawkins Ash

What We Do:

  • Kick off: The class is kicked off with an impactful retreat in September.
  • Gather monthly from Oct.-May, the second Tuesday of each month, for immersive, all-day traveling educational sessions designed to give participants a look at our community's most important issues from a variety of angles and through relationship-building opportunities. Topics for these sessions typically include:

  • Organize small-group projects that are active on the ground, making a difference in our region and giving LFC class members hands-on leadership experience along the way.
  • Go back to our employers and communities and make a difference! Leadership Fox Cities alumni are everywhere in the Fox Cities, playing prominent community roles and making the region a stronger, healthier place to live, work, and lead.

Why it Matters:

  • Attracting talent to the Fox Cities is vital, but developing the talent that's already here is equally important. Leadership Fox Cities is one way our region's most promising professionals can actively develop their skills, network, and knowledge for the future benefit of our community.
