Champion of Young Professionals

Working with area employers to promote YP supportive workplaces.

Any Fox Cities company can apply to be classified as a YP champion and pledge to provide support and a positive work environment for YPs within their company. This is an opportunity for businesses to support Young Professionals within the Fox Cities, benefiting both the business and the YPs in the area.

Benefits of being classified as a YP friendly employer.

Use of the “Champion of Young Professionals” badge on your website and in marketing or recruitment materials.
- Access to an icon to put on your website that shows you support YPs, with the option to link the icon to your own webpage highlighting what you do for your young professionals, or link to the PULSE webpage directly.
- After your business is a Champion of Young Professionals, they will have the ability to use signage that shows their commitment to YPs at career fairs, expos, etc.
When a business joins, it will be announced on PULSE social media, in the PULSE newsletter, in Fox Cities Week (Chamber newsletter) and at the end of the month in a press release.
A company who joins can request a simple ceremony where you will be presented a certificate, which will be posted and celebrated as well.

- Your logo will appear on our webpage, hyperlinked to your website, and you will be highlighted at various times throughout the year in both social media posts and in the PULSE newsletter.
