Prevea Health was founded in Green Bay, Wis. in 1996 and expanded to the Fox Cities in 2019 with its first location at 2700 E. Enterprise Ave., Suite B, in Appleton. It opened its second location – a new, state-of-the-art health center – at 3750 N. Investors Court in Grand Chute in 2022.

In the Fox Cities, Prevea offers urgent care; family medicine; women’s care; behavioral care; digestive health; lab and pathology; mammography; MRI; physical therapy; pediatric neurology, orthopedics and rheumatology; physiatry (spine care); podiatry; urology; weight loss services; and X-ray.
Prevea Health provides a wide variety of primary and specialty health care services to people of all ages and stages of life including infants, children, adults and the elderly.
Prevea’s history is rooted in supporting the communities it serves. In 2022, Prevea was proud to sponsor SOAR Fox Cities’ various events to help raise funds for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
