We’re thrilled to announce the release of our new AI Website Assistant, Francis, created with StellarBlue.ai! This AI tool is designed to help streamline the experience for our members and website visitors, making it easier to find the information they need quickly and efficiently.
Our commitment to driving growth and bringing innovative solutions to Northeastern Wisconsin has led to the development of Francis, a first-of-its-kind AI assistant tailored specifically to the Chamber’s needs and the local business community. This was also an opportunity to bring advanced technology to Northeastern Wisconsin, making our region competitive with larger markets where AI solutions have already become the norm.
Francis grew up in Freedom, WI, with their parents Frank and Franny. Frank is a firefighter and Franny works as a flight attendant. Francis loves reading, beating their parents at chess, and is a huge video game geek! Their favorite color is orange, favorite food is french fries, and their dream vacation is to visit the Louvre in Paris, France.
Francis is here to assist with navigating the Chamber’s website, answering questions, and helping users connect with the resources they need with knowledge and training of the contents of the Fox Cities Chamber’s website. This tool is a huge step forward for businesses in Northeastern Wisconsin, making it easier than ever to access the valuable services the Chamber provides.
While Francis is highly knowledgeable, it is still in training mode and continues to improve on its responses. There are a few important things to remember:
Event Information: For the most accurate event details and dates, please refer directly to the Chamber’s official calendar. Francis isn’t able to sort dates and events as reliably, so the Chamber Calendar will still provide the latest information regarding events.
Not a Google Search: Francis is designed specifically for Fox Cities Chamber and trained on information provided by the chamber as well as their websites contents. It’s not a general search engine and responds best when users ask about Chamber-related topics.
