Rennes Group awarded its third annual Rennes Group scholarship to former Menasha High School Student, and current Northern Michigan University junior, Kayleigh Lanser.

President, Nikki Schingick, presented one of two scholarships awards to Kayleigh during a presentation ceremony held at Rennes Health & Rehab Center-Appleton (301 E. Florida Avenue, Appleton).

To be eligible for consideration, scholarship applicants must either be a current Rennes Group employee or a family member of a current employee, as well as have intention to pursue a degree in the healthcare field. Kayleigh’s mom, Tamara, has worked at Rennes Health & Rehab Center-Appleton for more than 18 years, most recently as the Staffing Coordinator.

As an avid athlete in both softball and volleyball during her high school years,  Kayleigh currently attends Northern Michigan University (NMU) in pursuit of her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science Professional Studies with the goal to pursue a degree in Sports Science Athletic Training.

For Kayleigh, this scholarship means not only financial support to lessen the burden of college debt, but it will also help her focus more of her time on more difficult classes and graduation as she wraps up her final years at NMU. Without additional financial support for her studies, Kayleigh is driven to work throughout college to help lessen her student loan debt upon graduation. This scholarship will further reduce her student loan needs.

“Rennes Group is honored to support Kayleigh in her pursuit of higher education in the healthcare industry. We wish her continued success along her journey,” said President, Nikki Schingick, Rennes Group.
