Fox Communities Credit Union has promoted Krista Draheim to Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning & Delivery. In this role, Draheim will continue to oversee the execution of Fox’s strategic plan and maximize organizational effectiveness to align strategic initiatives with the Fox mission and vision.
Draheim has worked in various positions within the financial services industry including Associated Bank, Johnson Bank, and Thrivent Financial before coming to work at Fox as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Delivery in 2022.
Draheim graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Arts, and Gonzaga University with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership/Servant Leadership. She holds the following certifications: Professional Project Manager (PMP) form the Project Management Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Alliance, Certified Change Practitioner, PROSCI; Diversity and Inclusion Trainer, Kaleidoscope Group.
