Division of Faith Technologies Incorporated to support rapid growth of eMobility industry and infrastructure
Excellerate, a division of Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) and an industry-leading innovator of manufactured electrical components and assemblies, broke ground on a new 385,000-square-foot smart manufacturing facility. The new facility located at 2125 W. Evergreen Dr. in Little Chute will create more than 200 new jobs in a clean, safe, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.
“Excellerate is industrializing construction work by taking labor off-site and building components in our controlled manufacturing facilities. This allows us to be more productive and deliver a better product to our customers while keeping employee safety the top priority,” said Pat McGettigan, executive vice president of Excellerate. “With our rich electrical experience, we’re able to meet the demand for rapidly growing industries such as large data centers, renewable energy and industrial projects. These industries are poised for tremendous growth and by manufacturing products for them on an Excellerate assembly line instead of in the field, we eliminate many of the supply chain and labor disruptions other companies experience.”
When complete, Excellerate will operate five manufacturing facilities nationwide with the Little Chute facility focusing on renewable energy products to support the rapid growth of electrification across the country and ease the strain on the utility grid, via:
- Microgrids
- Modular builds
- E-houses
- Specialty engineering
Utilizing clean energy technology, this facility will be equipped to achieve net-zero in the future. It is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2023.
The project is being led by Solvare, a new capital development business that integrates teams of like-minded companies to develop assets based on a shared vision of success. This project includes partners Faith Technologies, The Boldt Company, McMahon and Tweet/Garot Mechanical Inc., collectively diving deeper into how to impact productivity and supply chain issues through design and long-term operations. The Excellerate facility is the springboard showcasing the future of construction and development using the Solvare model.
