Free Development Land for Non-Profits

For non-profits considering the need for expanded space or an upgraded facility somewhere in the Fox Valley area, you should know about the available of free land on the Midway Outreach Campus on Midway Road in Menasha.

The Midway Outreach Campus was established in 1996 as a Christian-based refuge where non-profit, human services organizations could establish and grow their operations and the benefits they bring to those in need within our surrounding communities. Today the campus serves as a convenient, one-stop location for those with a variety of human service needs. There are now four non-profit campus organizations – United Way Fox Cities, Leaven, St Joseph Food Pantry and the Community Clothes Closet – with more land available for future development and possible shared office space.

Each campus agency shares in the cost of maintaining the surrounding grounds, including roadways and parking lots, based on the size of their campus footprint. The campus itself is overseen by the Midway Outreach Condominium Association (MOCA) Board of Directors. The board meets quarterly and more frequently as needed to address the current and pending needs of the campus and resident agencies. Each agency has a representative on the board providing a progressive collaboration of service insights and common interests.

Organizations interested in exploring the possibility of campus tenancy, should first review the criteria for residency (Welcome to the Midway Outreach Campus). All applications must be approved by the MOCA Board of Directors.
