I work for Johnson Financial Group, a Wisconsin-based financial services company that provides banking, wealth, and retirement solutions. As an AVP Branch Manager in the Fox Cities region, I lead a team focused on delivering personalized financial guidance to individuals and businesses. My role is centered on building strong relationships, fostering community engagement, and ensuring our clients have the tools and resources they need to achieve their financial goals.
What do you most enjoy about working in the Fox Cities?
The Fox Cities is a vibrant community with a strong sense of collaboration and growth. I enjoy the opportunity to connect with local businesses and individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact. The area’s balance of economic development and community values makes it an ideal place to build lasting relationships and help people succeed financially.
Why did you become a member of the Fox Cities Chamber?
I joined the Chamber to strengthen my connection with the local business community and contribute to its continued success. Beyond networking, I have a strong desire to give back to my community and help those—whether they are our clients or not—who are seeking financial guidance or clarity. The Chamber provides a platform for collaboration, education, and advocacy, which aligns perfectly with my commitment to supporting local businesses and fostering economic growth in the region.
Please share your favorite/most impactful moment as a Fox Cities Chamber Ambassador.
One of my most impactful moments was participating in a ribbon-cutting event for a new local business. The amazing part was what happened afterward—a neighbor reached out to me after seeing my involvement. We had a great conversation about the incredible work that business does and how influential the owner had been in their early years. That experience reinforced how these events create connections that go beyond the business itself—they spark stories, relationships, and community pride.
How do you help make the member experience an impactful experience at the Fox Cities Chamber?
I strive to make every interaction meaningful by connecting members with resources and people who can help them succeed. Whether it’s introducing a business owner to a potential partner or offering clarity on financial strategies, my goal is to ensure members feel supported and confident. I want them to walk away knowing they have a network that truly cares about their growth and success.
Do you have any advice for someone considering joining the Fox Cities Chamber?
Joining the Chamber is one of the best ways to grow your network and make a lasting impact in the community. Over the last decade, I’ve been involved with many chambers throughout the Midwest, and I can say without a doubt the Fox Cities Chamber stands out for its commitment to fostering genuine connections and supporting local businesses. My advice is simple: get involved. Attend events, volunteer, and engage with other members. The more you participate, the more you’ll benefit from the relationships and opportunities the Chamber offers. It’s not just about business—it’s about being part of something bigger that strengthens our entire community.
