Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of three members of their construction team: Joe Harvey, Matt McGregor, and Joe Truehart.
Joe Harvey has been promoted to vice president of construction. He rejoined Hoffman as director of project management earlier this year following time at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay as chief facilities officer. Harvey had previously served as a senior project manager for Hoffman from 2000 until 2010. In his new role, Harvey is responsible for the firm’s project management services, both internal and external. In addition to managing the day-to-day construction efforts, Harvey will oversee the successful integration of the firm’s construction experts into the planning and design process in order to provide clients and their projects with the greatest value.
In turn, Matt McGregor has been promoted to director of project management. Previously a senior project manager for Hoffman, McGregor is now responsible for the oversight of all internal project management efforts as well as mentoring and training Hoffman’s project management group. He has been with the company for 10 years.
Harvey and McGregor’s promotions will enable Joe Truehart, formerly vice president of construction, to become vice president of development. In his new role, Truehart is responsible for identifying opportunities and growing the firm’s development projects that ultimately transition into design and construction efforts. Truehart will continue to provide expert design and construction consultation to Hoffman project teams.
