Manufacturers recognized for exceptional company culture based on employee surveys
Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, is proud to be recognized as one of Wisconsin’s Best Places to Work in Manufacturing 2024 by Insight Publications. This is the first year for the Best Places to Work in Manufacturing program, which recognizes 10 of the best manufacturing companies in Wisconsin.
The companies were selected based on employee responses to an independent survey conducted by Workforce Research Group. According to Peter Burke, president of Workforce Research Group, the 10 companies who were recognized all had 90% of their employees who agreed with the survey statement saying, “This organization’s culture allows me to do my best work.”
FTI was recognized for its successful Culture of Care initiative, which was created in response to employees requesting more mental health resources at work. Other best practices that helped earn FTI the award include its after-tax emergency savings benefit, education assistance, adoption benefits and emergency hardship services. FTI was also recognized for its community-mindedness. The company’s holiday giving campaign annually provides as much as $20,000 to local charities in communities across the nation where FTI is located.

The recognition event was held at Lambeau Field on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, and was hosted by Insight Publications with presenting sponsor Werner Electric Supply.
