edibleNEW Premiere update

This spring, the only local food culture magazine serving all of Northeast Wisconsin, edible NEW, is launching everywhere farm-fresh food culture is available. Continuing the rich and engaging coverage of edible Door, edible NEW is an expanded celebration of vibrant local food culture spanning counties of Door, Brown, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Winnebago, Outagamie, Calumet and Fond du Lac, with coverage in Waupaca and Green Lake.

Aligned with national publishing guidelines and award-winning standards, edible NEW magazine and social community represents unrivaled quality and coffee-table status making each issue a cherished and shared publication. The magazine is part of Edible Communities LLC (ECI) stable of James Beard award-winning food culture publications, joining more than 80 magazine titles across the country. Each title is owned by local small businesses engaged in the food culture community. Jamie and Tony Popp, based in Appleton, Wis., will launch the title edible NEW, owned by MK Publishers Limited. The first issue is slated for June 2024.

In addition to the print magazine, edible NEW is producing a monthly newsletter and fresh community on social media channels as edible NEW Food Network. This includes targeted communities on Facebook and Instagram for consumers curious about local food, restaurants, farms, sustainability, organic and regenerative practices and how-tos by local artisans and chef innovation in our area. LinkedIn offers group conversation for food ecosystem business voices and thought leadership.
