New, local partner has won multiple awards for customer service
Chorus Community Health Plans (CCHP), an affiliate of Children’s Wisconsin, recently announced a new partnership with Network Health starting next year. Network Health will become CCHP’s sole Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and will provide customer service and claims administration services for all CCHP lines of business.
This partnership will improve several key aspects of CCHP business including but not limited to establishing a provider and member portal across all lines of business and enhancements to the provider data exchange process, claims administration, premium billing and effectuating member enrollment. CCHP’s consolidation to one Third-Party Administrator will make accessing and managing health coverage easier for both members and providers.
“We are thrilled to be working with Network Health to provide us with administrative support for our Medicaid and Marketplace programs,” said Mark Rakowski, president of CCHP. “While Network Health is a local, provider-owned health plan like CCHP, we were struck by the consistency of our organizations’ mission and vision, and by our shared commitment to improving the health and well-being of the members and communities we serve. At CCHP, we believe that health insurance has the power to change lives and know that this relationship with Network Health will make us an even stronger organization.”
Network Health is locally owned by Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc. and is known throughout Wisconsin for highly rated customer and provider experience. For 2025, Network Health received a 5 Star Rating for its 2025 Medicare Advantage PPO plans by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the fourth consecutive year. Additionally, the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) has distinguished Network Health as the sole Medicare Advantage plan in its service area to achieve a 5 Star rating, along with a notable 4.5 rating for its commercial line of business, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
“Our Network Health team is thrilled to be selected by CCHP to be their Third-Party Administrator. This collaboration aligns with our focus on building healthy and strong Wisconsin communities,” said Coreen Dicus-Johnson, CEO of Network Health. “We look forward to working with CCHP to create an exceptional experience for their members.”
Network Health will begin serving CCHP members during the ACA open enrollment period in November providing plan information, administering member enrollment and customer service to Individual and Family Plan members. They will begin to process claims and support Medicaid members at the beginning of 2026.
