Chamber launches new health insurance plan with Network Health and premium discounts for its members

Businesses looking at new health plans should talk to their broker

The Fox Cities Chamber and Network Health announced an enhanced health insurance program for 2025, exclusively for Chamber members. The new plan builds on Network Health’s existing plan for Fox Cities Chamber members, which still offers a 5 percent discount, three months of administrative credit and these unique benefits: 

  • $0 for first three PCP visits, per family member, then only $25 per visit
  • $0 preventive care services
  • $0 annual vision exam
  • $0 virtual doctor visits (for some plans, the deductible must be met first)
  • Plans with a deductible as low as $500 for a single, and $1,000 for a family
  • SmartChoice (adherence generic drugs) $5 per prescription or refill
  • Patient Assurance Program ($25 preferred insulin before deductible)
  • WellnessWays health rewards program
  • Free COBRA services, on qualified groups, through our partnership with Employee Benefits Corporation (EBC)
  • Access to health management service programs
  • Superior, local service 

The plan discounts are for new Network Health participants only. Any Chamber membership level is eligible; however, a $250 fee does apply for Connect Free members. Interested small business owners should speak to their insurance broker and ask about the Fox Cities Chamber and Network Health group health plan.
