I’m a family guy who’s always happy to lend a hand or a cold beverage when someone needs one. Professionally, I work as a Business Development Specialist at Lakeland Care Plus, where we support organizations across Wisconsin with both Organizational Development and IT services.
We take a people-first approach in everything we do. As a strengths-based organization, we focus on eliminating workplace barriers through coaching, training, and strategic advising. These values are deeply rooted in our parent company, Lakeland Care, and guide us in creating lasting, meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Whether you’re looking for a partner to build a website, manage your help desk, strengthen employee culture, or deliver engaging training sessions – we’re your one-stop shop for efficiency and effectiveness.

What do you most enjoy about working in the Fox Cities?

What I love most about working in the Fox Cities? The people. This community is a blend of passionate leaders, creative thinkers, and kind-hearted neighbors who genuinely care about making this place better. Whether you’re grabbing coffee downtown or collaborating on a new project, you’re surrounded by folks who value connection, safety, and inclusivity.

There’s a real sense of pride, not just in our businesses, but in how we show up for each other. Every day brings a chance to meet someone new, learn something unexpected, and be part of something meaningful. Plus, let’s be honest… it doesn’t hurt the food is awesome!

Why did you become a member of the Fox Cities Chamber?

I joined the Fox Cities Chamber because I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself, and it’s the best chamber in the country. The energy, the people, and the commitment to building a stronger, safer, and more connected community made it an easy decision.

It’s a place where diverse voices come together, ideas spark, and real impact happens. Plus, it’s hard to pass up the chance to meet great people doing great things, all while supporting the place we call home.

Please share your favorite/most impactful moment as a Fox Cities Chamber Ambassador.

One of my favorite moments as a Chamber Ambassador was seeing complete strangers genuinely excited to meet me, not just for what I do professionally, but for who I am as a person. There’s something powerful about walking into a room and feeling that kind of openness and curiosity.

It reminded me why I joined in the first place: to be part of a community that values connection, celebrates diversity, and makes everyone feel welcome. Those moments where people lean in, ask questions, and want to build real relationships. That’s what makes this role so rewarding.

How do you help make the member experience an impactful experience at the Fox Cities Chamber?

I try to be the kind of ambassador I’d want to meet – welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely interested in what makes each member tick. Whether it’s a first-time visitor or a long-time member, I aim to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and excited to connect.

The Fox Cities is full of diverse, talented individuals, and I love helping people find their place in the mix. Sometimes that means making introductions, other times it’s just being a friendly face who says, “Hey, glad you’re here.” Either way, I’m all in on building a community where everyone feels like they belong.

Do you have any advice for someone considering joining the Fox Cities Chamber?

Absolutely do it! Joining the Fox Cities Chamber is like getting a backstage pass to one of the most connected, supportive, and energetic communities around. You’ll meet people from all walks of life who genuinely care about helping each other succeed.

My advice? Show up, be curious, and don’t be afraid to introduce yourself, this is a place where a simple “hello” can turn into a great partnership or friendship. The Chamber isn’t just about business; it’s about being part of something bigger than yourself and making a real impact in the community.
