Prevea Health was founded in Green Bay, Wis. in 1996 and expanded to the Fox Cities in 2019 with its first location at 2700 E. Enterprise Ave., Suite B, in Appleton. It opened its second location – a new, state-of-the-art health center – at 3750 N. Investors Court in Grand Chute in 2022.
