Immersion Fox Cities is a unique, two-day experience that gives prospective and new employees a first-hand look at what makes our region a great place to live, work, and thrive. Designed as both a recruitment tool and a retention strategy, this program helps individuals build a connection to the Fox Cities – enhancing their likelihood of saying “yes” to a job offer and/or choosing to stay long-term.

Program Highlights
  • Limited to 10 employees and a guest per session for an intimate, impactful experience 
  • Consists of two curated sessions: a Friday evening gathering followed by Saturday morning activities

SESSION INFORMATION

This session will include a Friday night dinner and speaker presentations at History Museum at the Castle. Participants will hear from local experts on topics like Fox Cities history, education, volunteerism, recreation and more. Saturday features breakfast and a brief presentation at the Fox Cities Chamber office, followed by a private tour of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center.
