Appleton’s OctoberfestTM, an event of the Fox Cities Chamber, is proud to release the entertainment lineup for the annual festival on Saturday, September 28, 2024. The festival will feature a full day of music representing a wide variety of genres, including rock, oldies, indie, American, 90s hip-hop, blues, and polka. This year’s lineup includes 15 bands, including new acts and many returning favorites.

“Our committee has been hard at work to plan the celebration of this year’s Appleton’s Octoberfest event,” said Paul Shrode, Chair of Appleton’s Octoberfest event. “We have hand-selected a great mix of bands, both returning favorites and a few first-time performers for this event. Event Volunteers Needed

With the event drawing near, the committee is actively searching for volunteers for the festival.

Every year, Appleton’s Octoberfest relies on the generosity of more than 800 event volunteers who help sell wristbands, work as bartenders, block captains, and staff 100 nonprofit food booths. The most critical volunteer needs are the late afternoon bartending shifts, block captains, and licensed bar managers.
