What motivated you to become a Champion of Young Professionals?

Nutritional Healing became a Champion of Young Professionals because we believe deeply in fostering a cycle of growth and opportunity within our community. What began as Kimberly Baehman’s journey as a solo young professional evolved into a thriving team made up entirely of young professionals. Having personally experienced the challenges of early career development, Kimberly recognized both what supports and what hinders emerging talent.

Motivated by those experiences, Nutritional Healing made a commitment to intentionally invest in hiring, mentoring, developing, and retaining young professionals. With strong ties to the Fox Cities Chamber and deep roots in the Fox Cities community, becoming a Champion of Young Professionals was a natural extension of our passion to strengthen the local workforce and positively impact our regional economy.

What is something that your company does to support/draw in young talent?

What company goals will your YPs help you to achieve?

Our young professionals are instrumental in helping us:

  • Continue year-over-year business growth
  • Expand specialized services (such as advanced continuing education in Lyme disease and co-infections)
  • Strengthen community education and outreach
  • Maintain exceptional client outcomes and retention
  • Expand recognition beyond “Best of the Valley” toward broader regional impact

How will you continue to support young professionals into the future?

Nutritional Healing will continue to support young professionals by:

  • Maintaining education reimbursement policies
  • Sponsoring professional conferences (all expenses paid, plus additional recovery time off)
  • Continuing quarterly 90-day growth meetings
  • Investing in mentorship programs within local schools
  • Sponsoring and serving initiatives such as PULSE and Fox Cities Chamber Young Professional programs
  • Offering emotional intelligence, leadership, and open-door communication
