What motivated you to become a Champion of Young Professionals?

At Jewelers Mutual, we believe investing in young professionals is essential to the long-term success of both our organization and our community. The Fox Cities has a strong network of emerging leaders, and being a Champion of Young Professionals allows us to support their growth, encourage connection, and help create opportunities that benefit the entire region. We see this as an important way to give back while also helping shape the future workforce.

What is something that your company does to support/draw in young talent?

We focus on creating an environment where young professionals can grow, contribute, and build meaningful careers. This includes offering professional development opportunities, mentorship, cross-department collaboration, and involvement in community and industry events. We also encourage employees to participate in local organizations like PULSE Young Professionals so they can expand their networks and develop leadership skills outside of the workplace.

What do young professionals bring to an organization?
