Verve, a Credit Union, has announced the addition of Mindi Dunaway as Vice President of Business Intelligence to its leadership team. At Verve, Dunaway will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of complex research strategies and tactics to improve business outcomes.
“Business intelligence is a critical component of a successful and growing credit union,” said Karrie Drobnick, chief operating officer at Verve. “Mindi’s impressive business acumen and attention to detail will add an important voice and perspective to Verve as we work to produce the best products and services to our members.”
Dunaway comes to Verve with 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, over 20 of which were spent in the credit union setting. She specializes in core conversion, digital banking conversion, card processor conversion, and contract renewals.
