Verve announces Ryan Didreckson as VP of Operations

Verve, a Credit Union, is thrilled to announce the addition of Ryan Didreckson as Vice President of Operations to its leadership team. Didreckson comes to Verve after serving as VP of Deposit Operations at Nicolet National Bank. Prior to that position, Didreckson worked for thirteen years at Verve.

As VP of Operations, Didreckson will be responsible for managing and coordinating branch operations to ensure Verve continues to provide exceptional service and support to its team and members and to drive increased efficiency in daily operations.

“Anyone who has worked with Ryan knows that he embodies Verve’s culture and genuinely leads with a servant’s heart,” said Karrie Drobnick, Chief Operating Officer at Verve. “His expertise in branch operations, video tellers, and our new technology suite will not only help us continue to deliver the Verve experience, but also help us to identify and strengthen areas in need of support as we go to work every day on behalf of our team and members.”

With over twenty years in the financial services industry, Didreckson brings to Verve extensive experience in member service, banking, credit analysis, branch management, team member development, and organizational leadership.

“I feel privileged to work alongside a team that takes tremendous pride in providing members with best-in-class products and services,” said Didreckson. “We are committed to improving the financial lives of those we serve, and it’s the coordinated efforts of many teams that make that happen. It’s an honor to be part of it.”
