Current President & CEO Theresa Pichelmeyer announced her retirement earlier this year after her 17-year tenure with Valley VNA Senior Care. After an extensive search, Valley VNA welcomes Becky Reichelt as its next President & CEO. Pichelmeyer will remain on staff through the end of the year to ensure a seamless transition.

Reichelt brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to Valley VNA, most recently spending 15 years at St. Paul Elder Services, Inc., in Kaukauna, where she was the Executive Vice President. During her time there, she focused on creating and establishing an organizational culture of excellence, quality, and best practices. She graduated from UW-La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation and a Master of Science degree in Management. Reichelt is joining Valley VNA at an exciting time, as the organization opens its final wing after completing a $9.5 million remodel of the assisted living portion of its community.

“I feel very blessed to serve as the next CEO of Valley VNA Senior Care, a well-respected, mission-focused senior services leader in our Fox Valley Community. Their already-established commitment to excellence, community connections, and quality care complement my commitment to embracing the rich history while enhancing innovative approaches and services to meet the ongoing and future needs of seniors living in our community. I am excited to share leadership with such a dedicated team and board of directors,” said Reichelt.
