Offering health screenings, family fun and prizes
Prevea Health is proud to announce its participation in the Downtown Appleton Farm Market this summer. Prevea doctors and staff will be present at the market once a month from June to October, offering free health screenings, fun activities for the kids, and prize giveaways.
On Saturdays, June 24, July 22, August 19, September 16, and October 14, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Prevea will offer blood pressure and Body Mass Index (BMI) screenings, and the opportunity to meet Prevea doctors, providers and staff. There is also a chance to win prizes including a Fitbit Sense 2.

Prevea has been a part of the Fox Valley community since 2019 and currently has two locations in the region, with a third location anticipated to open in the summer of 2024. The Prevea Appleton Health Center, 2700 E. Enterprise Ave., offers behavioral care, digestive health and weight loss services. Prevea Health in Grand Chute, located at 3750 Investors Court, provides urgent care, family medicine, women’s care, digestive health, pediatric neurology, corporate health and wellness, lab and pathology, and weight loss services. Prevea’s newest Fox Valley location will be in downtown Appleton within the up-and-coming Fox Commons to offer physical and occupational therapy, behavioral care, and corporate health and wellness services.
