Nick is well-known in the community for his strong work ethic and unwavering integrity, qualities that will greatly benefit his new position at NAI Pfefferle.

Nick Salm, our newest commercial real estate advisor, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and leadership studies from Ripon College. He is actively involved in various professional affiliations, including the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) and the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW). Nick has also contributed significantly to youth football, serving on the board of directors for Fox Valley Pop Warner and founding the Appleton Youth Football Association in 2016, where he continues to serve as president. Additionally, he is the chairman of the board of directors for the Great Lakes Independent Football Conference and has been honored by the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association for his 25-year tenure at Appleton North High School. As a safety director and master clinician for USA Football, Nick has made a lasting impact on the sport.
Nick has significant experience in commercial real estate, particularly in office, retail, and industrial sectors. He joins NAI Pfefferle from Colliers, where he was responsible for managing high-value transactions, tenant representation, and property management. Before that, Nick was a Senior Real Estate Advisor, focusing on investment sales and leasing. He began his career in finance as a mortgage lender for Wells Fargo, before leading large construction projects as the director of business development for Faith Technologies. As a high school football coach, Nick developed strong leadership and organizational skills that have proven invaluable in his real estate career.
