Join the Neenah High School (NHS) Boys Basketball Booster Club and NHS Varsity head coach, Lee Rabas for a Fish Fry Fundraiser dinner at the Best Western Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah on Thursday, November 10.
Fresh off of the Wisconsin state basketball championship title, NHS Boys Basketball program will host their 5th annual Fish Fry Fundraiser dinner. The evening will celebrate the winning program and raise funds with a fish fry buffet dinner, speakers, silent auction, raffle baskets and more. The evening speakers are Todd and Carol Dekker, parents of University of Wisconsin Badger former basketball player, Sam Dekker. The Dekker’s will sit down with Coach Rabas to answer questions and discuss their basketball journey.
Coach Rabas explains, “Our fish fry is an event that is about people and relationships. People will attend for one of two reasons, Neenah or Basketball, and hopefully in many cases, both. My hope is for this event to be one of the times each year when former players, parents, coaches, fans and people of Neenah come together to re-establish, strengthen, and perhaps even begin new relationships. Please help us connect and support the past, the present and the future of Neenah Basketball. “
This evening, which is sure to excite all basketball fans, begins on November 10th at 5:30pm with a social hour and cash bar. Dinner follows at 6:30pm and the evening concludes with the speakers, raffle and silent auction winners. Tickets are $50 per person, $80 per couple, $300 for a table of 8, or $30 for former players or Neenah Joint School District staff members. The mission of the Neenah High School Boys Basketball Booster Club is to advance the boys program of the Neenah Joint School District and Neenah High School with moral, physical and financial assistance.
