The Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the State Bar is made up of lawyers who protect the rights of the elderly and individuals with disabilities in Wisconsin. They continually advocate and propose changes to laws that impact the populations they represent, such as access to public services and protection from exploitation.

Micheletti’s practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, guardianship, estate settlement and probate. She frequently acts as a personal representative or trustee in contested probate and trust cases and serves as a guardian ad litem. Micheletti advocates for the best interests of individuals deemed incompetent by the court, including the elderly, disabled, minors and others in need of representation.
