NAELA is a professional organization of lawyers dedicated to enhancing legal services for seniors along with individuals with special needs and their families, with the Wisconsin Chapter focusing on providing representation in elder law, special needs planning and disability law.

Wydeven’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate settlement and elder law matters. He offers comprehensive legal support for clients navigating guardianship proceedings and long-term care admissions. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, along with an Advance Care Planning Certified Facilitator certificate from the Fox Valley ACP Partnership in collaboration with Community Care and Bellin Health.
In addition to his legal practice, Reg contributes to the community by writing a weekly FYI column for The Post Crescent, where he offers insightful legal commentary on various topics, including estate planning, product liability, investments and unconventional legal news.
