Design-Build firm recognized for new construction and renovation projects
Two Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. projects have been recognized by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin 2023 BUILD Wisconsin Awards for their commitment to construction excellence. Hoffman was named a winner in the Commercial Projects, New Construction category for Clintonville Middle School, and in the Commercial Projects, Renovation category for St. Rose Motherhouse (FSPA). The Awards will be presented at the AGC’s banquet on Thursday, Oct. 5, at Milwaukee Tool in Menomonee Falls.

Hoffman provided planning and design services to the Clintonville Public School District following the passing of the November 2020 referendum. The referendum included a new Middle School, which opened in fall 2022. Hoffman served as construction manager for the project and was named a winner in the New Construction category.
St. Rose Motherhouse is the home of The Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration (FSPA) in La Crosse. The renovation of St. Rose enabled all FSPA sisters to now live in the Motherhouse together since all levels of care and enhanced accessibility were now available. Hoffman assisted FSPA with planning, comprehensive design, and construction management services. The project, which was completed in April 2022, was named a winner in the Renovation category.
