Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce Kelly Kozak and Henry Hundt have been promoted to leadership roles within the organization.
Kozak, vice president of finance and administration, joined Hoffman in 2021 as director of accounting. She now leads Hoffman’s operational teams in risk management, accounting, office management, and human resources. A Certified Public Accountant and University of Wisconsin – Green Bay graduate, Kozak has a background in the construction industry and public accounting. She was formerly controller at a construction firm and a senior accountant at CliftonLarsonAllen in the audit department.
Hundt is the firm’s new sustainability leader after working with Hoffman since 2017 as a renewable energy design and planning consultant. His past work has been focused on techno-economic modeling for solar and storage microgrids, net-zero energy building implementation and project management, and full electric building design optimization. Hundt holds a Masters of Public Affairs with focus on Energy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a graduate of Cornell College with a sustainable energy certificate from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
