Hoffman Promotes Two From Within

Duncanson Sean

Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce promotions for two current employees, Sean Duncanson and Brian Sternberg. Duncanson has been elevated to senior project manager, and Sternberg to project architect.

Duncanson, who has more than 30 years of construction experience, joined Hoffman in 2017 as a project manager. With Hoffman, Duncanson has managed numerous projects, including facility and athletic complex referendum projects for the Clintonville, Chilton, and Mondovi School Districts and the Woodside Senior Communities remodel in Green Bay.

“Since Sean came to Hoffman, he has been a key asset, particularly in the realm of project management within the education market,” said Joe Harvey, Hoffman vice president of construction. “His promotion to senior project manager is well earned as he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence and client success.”

Sternberg Brian

Sternberg was hired in 2022 as a senior designer, with 15 years of design experience. He earned his architectural license in 2023. Chad Ulman, Hoffman vice president of architecture, said, “Brian’s hard work and dedication have prepared him well for the responsibilities in his new role as a Hoffman project architect. We congratulate him on his continued professional development and look forward to seeing him succeed in his new role.”
