Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. began April celebrating the completion and openings of two Fox Valley Projects:
- AZCO a full-service industrial contractor and fabricator serving the power generation, foundry, petro chemical, biomass, and general manufacturing industries, held a ribbon cutting ceremony / open house for its newly renovated space in the City Center East building on College Avenue. Hoffman remodeled the vacant 30,900 sq. ft. space into a modern office environment for AZCO, featuring amenities such as an open concept space that includes 12 private offices, 10 conference rooms, space for 120 cubicles, a board room with sound suppression and wired for advanced technology, and an employee fitness area. Construction on the space began in July 2022.
- The first tenants of Harbor Lofts at 130 Main Street in downtown Menasha moved in on April 1. Hoffman converted a three-story office building into a mixed-use facility which includes first-floor commercial space. The redevelopment into Harbor Lofts, which began in May 2022, includes a total of 14 apartments on the upper floors. Dark Horse Development of Appleton owns the 32,500 sq. ft building.
“The AZCO and Harbor Lofts projects are a great representation of our thriving Fox Valley,” said Sam Statz, president of Hoffman. “Businesses moving and expanding their properties along with new, modern living options to call home are exciting projects to see in our community.”
