Hoffman Adds Three to Staff

Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of three new team members: Kaylee Bertrand, Joel Harris, and Phil VandeWettering.

Bertrand, a designer, is a 2023 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in architectural studies. She will begin graduate school in the fall while continuing to work at Hoffman.

Harris Joel

Harris joins Hoffman as a field project manager following several years of serving as a construction superintendent for multiple construction firms. He also owned Crystal Valley Homes for 20 years. Harris holds an associate degree in architectural drafting/environmental engineering from ITT Technical Institute and will be overseeing construction of the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church parish center in Little Chute.

VandeWettering will lead Hoffman’s business development efforts in the manufacturing market as the firm’s new manufacturing account manager. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, VandeWettering brings with him 12 years of experience gained at a talent-acquisition firm focused on engineering and the sciences.
