Great Lakes Roofing Corporation (GLRC), a leading provider of commercial and industrial roofing, recently announced that Chris Lampien has assumed sole ownership of the corporation. Lampien, who has been President since late 2019, will continue in that role.
Lampien has enjoyed a career in the construction industry for more than 25 years filling all roles on job sites. Prior to leading GLRC as President, Lampien worked as both an Inside and Outside Sales representative.
“Chris is the right leader for Great Lakes Roofing,” said Ann Zell, GLRC’s Controller. “His extensive construction background and business development skills have led strategic growth. Chris’s strong leadership experience will help GLRC expand our regional presence while maintaining a focus on customer service.”

The founder of Great Lakes Roofing Corp., Don Puccetti, successfully raised a fledgling company into Wisconsin’s leading industrial roofing firm. He started the company in 1983, significantly grew annual revenues and guided GLRC to win a number of awards and industry recognition. Puccetti has seen his share of challenges, navigated national economic downturns, and maintained adherence to the core values over the decades. Puccetti will continue his favorite role as brand ambassador. “Putting my whole-hearted belief into the company has always been easy,” says Don, reflecting on his career. “From here, looking back, I appreciate all of the great employees and customers that helped build the success of Great Lakes Roofing.”
