Galloway Company, a leading dairy product innovator and processor, is excited to announce the arrival of Tasha Olson in the new role of Director of Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Research & Development. Combining previously separate departments, Olson will lead Galloway Company’s mission to be the best provider of quality dairy products.
Olson has a strong background in food science and technology integrations that will bring efficiency and consistency to Galloway’s cream liqueurs & beverage bases, concentrated milk products, and frozen dairy dessert mix products.

Prior, Olson worked at leading dairy and food science companies including Fiberstar, where she developed products for internationally recognized household brands, navigating global food regulations to provide consumers with safe and delicious products worldwide.

Olson holds an MBA from George Fox University and a bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point where she majored in pre-law with a minor in biology and multiple food industry certifications. As a continuous learner, Olson is currently pursuing a MERN Stack coding certificate at MIT.
