First program focuses in “Keys to Leadership Success: Build Trust, Credibility, and Rapport”
The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce has announced a free Dale Carnegie seminar series for members of its Pulse Young Professionals Group.
The program, which will be held at the Chamber, kicks off on August 15th with “Keys to Leadership Success: Build Trust, Credibility, and Rapport.” All events will run from 8 – 10 AM.
The August 15 seminar will help participants learn how to stop managing and start leading, to play a vital part in their organization’s future. A good manager is not always a good leader. Learn the differences between managing and leading. Move toward a more direct leadership style and away from a management-based style. Attendees will learn to:
- Create a vision—a common ground
• Develop strategies that make things happen
• Influence people to follow you
• Gain cooperation at every level
• Lead a winning team, department or organization
• Empower others to deliver results
