Fox Communities Credit Union has promoted Megan Nagel to Assistant VP of Learning & Development. In this role, Nagel is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the best learning and development experience by creating strong collaborative relationships that establish a line of sight to growth and development within Fox.
Nagel holds a bachelor’s degree in English Education from UW-Eau Claire and is currently pursuing a master’s degree with Lakeland University in Organizational Development & Leadership. Nagel joined Fox in 2013. Most recently she was Director of Learning & Development and before that held the title of Training Manager.
