Aimee Herrick, Director of Events and Emerging Talent at the Fox Cities Chamber, has been named to the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) 2023 Forty Under 40 list of emerging leaders shaping the chamber of commerce industry.
Herrick, a former high school teacher, brought a great skill set to help the Fox Cities Chamber succeed, including an eye for detail, planning, communication and a working knowledge of schools.
Laura Wiegert, EVP – Marketing and Events at the Chamber, stated in the nomination form that “In the midst of planning the Chamber’s largest community event that attracts over 200,000 people, … Aimee jumped in to manage it after just one month on the job. This year, she continued to run with it and made changes that vastly improved the event and saw greater success. It’s not only her skills and talents that have contributed to our success. Her positive attitude makes it a pleasure for the team to work alongside her.”
This annual recognition program showcases 40 of the industry’s top emerging leaders who have demonstrated success in their careers and made significant contributions to the communities they serve. The list includes CEOs and staff professionals from a wide variety of roles and chamber sizes. Honored for their creativity, dedication and commitment to identifying innovative solutions that will help shape the future of the chamber profession.
