Fox Cities Chamber Welcomes New Economic Development Manager

The Fox Cities Chamber recently welcomed Cheryl Fahrner, Manager of Economic Development, to its team.

In her role, Fahrner will lead the Chamber’s economic development efforts, driving initiatives to attract, retain, and expand businesses within our region to foster economic growth and prosperity. Her areas of responsibility include talent retention and attraction, business attraction, business retention and expansion, and partnership development.

Fahrner brings to the Chamber more than 20 years of leadership experience, most recently serving as Executive Director of Columbia County Economic Development Corporation and the Colombia County Visitors Bureau; and Executive Director of the Keweenaw, MI Chamber of Commerce.

“I look forward to bringing my passion for economic development to the Fox Cities Chamber,” said Fahrner. “My greatest passion is helping business people and communities be successful. I will work with business leaders, organizations, and community leaders to create synergy by building business, community, and government consensus, as well as collaboration for economic development.”
