Family-Friendly Countdown to the New Year at the Building for Kids Children’s Museum

On Tuesday, December 31, the Building for Kids Children’s Museum (BFKCM) will be hosting BFK New Year, an all-day celebration to ring in the New Year with fun, family-friendly activities planned throughout the day.

“New Year at the Building for Kids is a great way to give kids and grown-ups a chance to welcome in 2025 with plenty of excitement for the whole family,” said Oliver Zornow, President of the BFKCM. “If you have kids (or even adults) who won’t quite make it until midnight, we’ve got you covered with all of the fun of midnight at various times throughout the day.”

The BFKCM will celebrate the New Year with ball drops, confetti tosses, and parades around the museum at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm. In addition, the BFKCM will be hosting New Year themed activities, such as creating your own noise makers, throughout the museum from 9am – 4pm.
