Faith Technologies Incorporated Receives Multiple Safety Excellence Recognitions

FTI Safety Efforts Recognized by Associated General Contractors, Association of Builders and Contractors and The Builders Chapter of the Associated General Contractors

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, was recently recognized with four national and regional safety awards.

  • FTI was awarded first place in the Specialty Contractors division (over four million hours category) by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America at the 2023 Construction Safety Excellence Awards (CSEA). FTI also received this award in 2022 and was among the top 15 organizations nationally vying for the CSEA Grand award, which the company has received twice in its history (2010 and 2020). AGC ranks its commercial and industrial contractor members that build long-lasting, high-quality construction projects, based on work hours. Award winners are selected by a panel of five independent safety professionals within the government, corporate and insurance industries.
  • FTI was selected as both the overall Safety Excellence Grand Award winner as well as the first-place award winner in the sub-contractor category (for over 500,000 work hours) by The Builders, A Chapter of the AGC, one of the AGC’s largest chapters, based in Kansas City, Missouri. The award was given at the Midwest Construction Safety Conference and recognizes a company’s management commitment, active employee participation, safety training, work-site hazard identification and control and safety program innovation.
  • FTI earned a National Safety Merit Award from Associated Builders and Contractors, which was presented at the 33rd annual Excellence in Construction® Awards during the ABC Convention 2023. Contractors were judged on self-evaluation scores, lost workday case rates, total recordable incident rates, leading indicator use, process and program innovations and interviews conducted by members of ABC’s National Health and Safety Committee. FTI is also ranked in the top 10 of ABC’s Top 250 Performers, a ranking demonstrating the positive impact of strong safety programs.

fti 1“At FTI, we are continually on a quest for zero safety incidents, and we’re proud to be recognized for our efforts by some of the most admired safety-conscious organizations in the country,” said Rocky Rowlett, FTI’s vice president of safety. “Our team members are engaged in safety on our job sites each day to keep themselves and others safe, living out our mission of an uncompromised focus on keeping people safe.”
