Downtown Appleton transforms into a frozen safari as Avenue of Ice returns with an exciting new theme. Starting Friday, February 21, 2025, the annual event will feature a collection of 27 awe-inspiring ice sculptures, sponsored by local businesses and community sponsors. Each icy piece of artwork, crafted by Krystal Kleer Ice Sculptures, LLC, is designed to bring our safari theme to life. The sculptures will remain on display as long as the weather allows, offering unique photo opportunities for our loyal locals and Downtown visitors.
Avenue of Ice is the perfect winter outing for families and friends. Explore the charm of Downtown Appleton as you admire the safari-themed ice sculptures. While you’re here, take the time to shop, dine, and see the sites along the route. Discover cozy products like hoodies, mittens, candles, and hot beverages from our local businesses, restaurants, and bars.
