With an outstanding track record of leadership and extensive experience in the banking industry, Adam Lange brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Having served in various senior executive positions throughout his career, Adam is well-prepared to lead BLC Community Bank into the future and enhance its position as a trusted partner in the financial marketplace. Adam joined the bank in 2013 and initially served as Vice President – Lending. In January 2022, he was promoted to Senior Vice President – Chief Lending Officer and joined the Board of Directors.

Lange is an active member in the community and has held volunteer roles with the Heart of the Valley Chamber, Fox Cities Chamber, CASA of Fox Cities, Great Wisconsin Cheese Festival, Heart of the Valley YMCA, United Way, St. John Parish and received the Heart of the Valley Chamber’s Emerging Leader Award. Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and graduated Wisconsin Banker’s Association Commercial Lending School. A native of Little Chute, Lange still lives in the Fox Valley with his wife and daughters.
