What began as Kimberly Baehman’s journey as a solo young professional evolved into a thriving team made up entirely of young professionals. Having personally experienced the challenges of early career development, Kimberly recognized both what supports and what hinders emerging talent.
Motivated by those experiences, Nutritional Healing made a commitment to intentionally invest in hiring, mentoring, developing, and retaining young professionals. With strong ties to the Fox Cities Chamber and deep roots in the Fox Cities community, becoming a Champion of Young Professionals was a natural extension of our passion to strengthen the local workforce and positively impact our regional economy.
