Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, has been recognized as one of the healthiest workplaces in America.
FTI was named as one of the 2021 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America by Healthiest Employers® for its investment in the health and well-being of its team members. This is the sixth year FTI has received this national recognition, which honors organizations that are demonstrating care for its people by investing in health and well-being solutions and initiatives.
With a nationwide presence, FTI was also recognized on a number of regional 2021 Healthiest Employers listings:
- Healthiest Employers of Atlanta
- Healthiest Employers of Kansas City
- Healthiest Employers of Tennessee
- Healthiest Employers of Wisconsin
These regional programs, like the national program, recognize organizations that prioritize a healthy work environment, dedication to workplace wellness and superior benefits packages.
“At FTI, we know that the health of our people includes both physical and mental well-being,” said Alyssa Kwasny, wellness program manager. “In 2021, we introduced our Culture of Care initiative to actively create a positive work environment where employees are supported mind, body and soul, and where getting support for a mental health concern is as routine as getting help for any other concern.”
Award applicants were evaluated across six key categories: culture and leadership, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics. Completed assessments were ranked with the proprietary Healthiest Employers Index, a 1-100 rubric for wellness programming. The survey is scored and powered by Springbuk, a health intelligence platform that simplifies data-driven decision-making with an intuitive user experience, predictive modeling, and curated action steps.
“Healthiest Employers’ scores hit record highs in the past year, reflecting a deep level of care and empathy by business and benefits leaders who stand out in their support of their employees’ well-being,” said Haley Elmore, Healthiest Employers program coordinator. “The effects of COVID-19 will likely affect business operations for many years to come and it is crucial that companies are considering the needs of their employees beyond the immediate crisis.”
