FOX CITIES, Wis. (Oct. 11, 2021) – The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce has released the results of its 2021 Northeast Wisconsin Benefits Survey, which are now available for download on the Chamber website. In addition, an overview of the results will be offered Nov. 10 during the annual Fox Cities Employee Friendly Workplace event, which is being held in virtual format for 2021. Event registration is available now and is free and open to all.
The “Finding, Supporting & Incentivizing Your Workforce” webinar will feature a panel of speakers with diverse and unique insights on the topic of attracting and retaining a quality workforce. Speakers will include:
- Julie Keller, Executive Director, Women’s Fund for the Fox Valley, who will talk about the impact of COVID-19 on women in the workforce and how employers can support their return
- Tami McLaughlin, Director, World Relief Fox Valley, who will talk about creating opportunities for refugees and setting immigrants up for success in the workplace
- Bill Fotsch, Founder and Head Coach, Open-Book Coaching, an expert on employee engagement strategies
The event will take place via Zoom from 8:30-10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10. Advanced registration is required.
The annual survey is a program of the Fox Cities Regional Partnership—the economic development division of the Fox Cities Chamber—with support from United Way Fox Cities, Child Care Resource Referral, Inc., and the Community Early Learning Center.
