Robust demand growth in 2021 and continued expansion around strategic solutions were key drivers in the agency’s employee promotions and additions.

To ensure consistent content alignment and maximum impact for its clients, Weidert promoted two people into Creative Director positions:
Justin Harrison promoted from Associate Creative Director to Creative Director with design and web emphasis.
Eric Severstad promoted from Content Manager to Creative Director with content emphasis.
To address continuous operational improvement, two new positions were added within agency operations and filled by promotion:
Laura Sheptoski promoted from Consultant to Director of Operations, overseeing the agency’s many systems and processes, particularly our agile marketing processes.
Amanda Retzki has been named Service Delivery Specialist, in charge of managing timelines and production capacity for timely deliverables.

Kelly Kranz hired as a Consultant. With 8+ years experience with HubSpot partner agencies, Kranz brings a proven track record of accomplishment as demonstrated by her client-first approach to strategic project and cost management, quality control, and collaborative goal setting.
Kristine Pelkey hired as an Inbound Marketing Specialist. Pelkey brings a wealth of relevant experience including industrial B2B sales and marketing team support and coordination, leading detailed technical proposal initiatives, and developing focused marketing strategies that maximize results across all media platforms.
Colton Shearier hired as an Inbound Marketing Specialist. Shearier combines social media and digital advertising experience with proactive client engagement to anticipate, understand, and support B2B inbound marketing initiatives.
