APPLETON, WI – Appleton Primrose Retirement Community is taking a new approach to dining in senior living. Starting on May 25th, they will be offering restaurant style dining with over 40 different choices on their menu. The approach will cater to the individual’s wants and needs by focusing on hand crafted foods with cook to order dining.
In celebration of this dining enhancement, Primrose will be hosting a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Residents, friends and family, on May 25th at 11am.
Chef Brad Valley states, “Our seniors deserve to have scratch cooked food to order when they want it. We want to diverge from the traditional cafeteria model in senior living and give our residents back control over their dining experience.”
The new Artisan Dining at Primrose offers breakfast all day options, with lunch and dinner menus that change weekly. Residents are treated to a menu that starts with appetizers, entrée salads, a choice of sides to accompany their main course, and house made desserts to end the meal. Chef Scott Finley, Appleton’s Executive Chef, will be creating unique Daily Chef Specials to add to the choices the residents have every day.
